Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided:

• The product is unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging and accessories are intact.
• The item is not damaged due to misuse.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products.
• Products damaged by improper handling.
• Items without original packaging.
• Customized or special-order products.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Replacement

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement subject to product availability.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process.
